Yes, as returnoftheyeti says, it's definitely an attraction, and I'd argue one of the more famous contemporary symbols of San Francisco. I take Waymos multiple times a week, and without fail, I see at least half a dozen tourists taking pictures/videos of my driver-less car passing by whenever I take a ride.
Among the ~4 groups of friends/family that have visited me this year (mostly from the East Coast), every single one of them has asked to ride in a Waymo.
By the way, I feel much safer in a Waymo than in an Uber or Lyft. Human drivers are awful.
