No, Qcredits are a QR benefit and cannot be used to upgrade other airline's tickets.
Also, QR award tickets cannot be upgraded with Avios or Qcredits.
Qcredits and Avios can be used to upgrade cash tickets, subject to availability, but you can't mix award currencies to pay for the same upgrade (ie. part Avios part Qcredits)
