Never been so unexcited for a property in this price category… $1000 a night cash? Booked it as a redemption when prices were still low 152,500 points for the whole stay. How bad can it be? Destination fee was retrospectively added I now see, but thats just a US thing anyway, makes you appreciate the transparency we have in the UK. My reservation confirmation didnt include it. It provides wifi, $35 spend and $15 laundry? As Platinum/Titanium member wifi is included anyway, so is there a basis to say “not interested, provides a service already guaranteed”? Anyone raised that question directly? Does anyone have experience with replacement benefits? Not like paying $35 to get $35 credit is a real benefit anyway if you ask me… Tried chat once it popped up in the app, but in line with expectations I have been ignored despite multiple chasers.
