No, each PIR did not list each of the 3 passengers names who bags were covered on that PIR, but each PIR listed one passengers name and 3 bag numbers. Long story buy Iberia screwed some things up at IAD, our starting point, as they had no record of one of our passengers, so after an hour at the Iberia desk at IAD and the local rep calling the home office many times, they kind of just 'did what they needed to do to get us on our way,' so it was a mess from the start and not accurate, meaning one bag per each passenger in the record.

I do have the checked bag receipts, yes, and Iberia bag receipts do not list the passengers name, BUT does list the PNR on each bag receipt.

I used my American Airlines Executive MC through Citi to purchase all of the tickets, so I believe it does have insurance, but Iberia should be the one compensating, right?

Iberia is awful, very awful to deal with and their ways and systems seem like they are still in the 1990s!
