Wow you just made me double check my upcoming reservation and you're right! I see suites available on trip.com but not through the hyatt website for the HR Hangzhou (I booked it per your recommendation). Guess my SUA will go unused.
At least at the Caption in Shanghai I already knew I was ineligible for an upgrade...
The area head is ok with selling suites on Ctrip but not on Hyatt app. His area hotels game the system the most.
I've complained to no avail. GH has great location (best location ) but again the hardware isn't great so be prepared for that. PH location isn't great but hardware is top of the line.
