As a solo traveler + elite hamster wheel enjoyer I find the current AS card almost completely useless.

Definitely want to see Lounge+ membership included in that, as well as much better earnings for AS purchases (think 5x or higher in order to be competitive with Amex Plat)

Give it a better earning rate for non-airfare travel purchases (think Chase Sapphire with their fairly generous definition of travel) and maybe bump earning rates for gas & EV charging up a bit.

More competitive travel protection as other posters have mentioned.

WiFi passes would be nice, but I would much rather see Alaska moving to a Starlink-based system or something with much lower latency than the current GoGo/IntelSat system first.
