It is, in fact, still in her account. So, it was applied incorrectly and she can use it again. And we'll presumably get credit then. Had not even contemplated this mistake. We have a reservation in February where we booked one room for us and another for friends with no WOH account and applied GOH to them. I confirmed that that one is set up correctly.
Realistically, it won't matter for this year. We're at 70 nights now, and will get a few over 80 based on projections, plus some spend that will get extras. We are not likely to hit 90, so the 1 EQN won't mean anything. And, if she uses it next year (2/2025 expiration) it could matter.
