I also have this "technical issue", made this thread Technical issue so Miles & XP not crediting: anybody else?.

Over 1 month since my KUL-SGN-ICN/PUS-SGN-KUL ticket was flown and only the SGN-KUL has not posted. Contacted PSL with photo of all four boarding cards for a retroclaim after waiting about a week for it to appear but nothing, and that is where I got the "technical issue" reply. There's nothing I can do about it. Don't know why just 1 of 4 VN flights has this problem and in all my flying this is the first time I've had crediting problem.
