I was on the phone with a kind "Silver' rep, at BA. I told her the problem that I (& others) was having with companion fare web screens. She said that she would report it to IT.
She also suggested that I try a different web browser (I normally use Google Chrome). So, I tried MS Edge as well as Firefox. Both had the same problem.
I was going to book for late October 2025. When this becomes available, I will be on vacation. I hope that it works then.
In the end, I guess we wait. Although, she also suggested calling in and letting them do the work.
