It's been updated in the last month or so, hopefully a new program. In late September it was still the old sign up page (I'm not sure if it expired).

I know the availability to purchase status has been all over the map in the last year or so. They were only giving people 6 months back in June and 3 months back in September for $500, but it appears to be back to a 12-14 months now: https://frontier.getstatus.com
