The following commercial policies for China Southern (CZ), Qatar Airways (QR), Lufthansa (LH), Swiss (LX), Austrian (OS) are available for customers impacted by cancellations on the LHR-PVG-LHR route.

IF REBOOKING ON LUFTHANSA (LH), SWISS (LX), AUSTRIAN (OS) ONLY:

• Add OS Invol reroute per LHG/BA agreement
• Add OSI for customer phone number/email address

• Add OS BA PVG 787 for all bookings
• One ticket change allowed from the above options.
• If rebooking into lower cabin, advise customer they can contact our Customer Relations team post-travel for downgrade compensation.
• Entry or transit restrictions and scheduled services may change at any time.
