If you can get your Starlux mobile boarding pass by checking in online, you should be fine. I'm assuming both of your flights are operated by Starlux, correct? (JX11 and JX711?)

The only thing I'd be slightly concerned about is a potential delay on your SFO-TPE flight. Since you're on separate itineraries, Starlux might not be responsible for getting you to SGN if you miss your connection. However, based on recent experience, JX11 usually lands in TPE between 4:30 and 5:00 AM. That should give you plenty of time to make your connecting flight.

One more tip: If you're flying economy on your SGN flight, I'd recommend avoiding emergency exit row seats. Those seats often don't allow for mobile boarding passes.
