Come in from clean uk and us transiting to schengen you will get rescreened at most schengen airport, waw, krk, aus to name a few. Fra if you do not come into Z.

LHR just takes lots of time to go through, even in the best of times…..

The biggest difference is that LHR is just a slow process…..I can get through DOH in probably 1/3 to 1/2 the time it takes to go through LHR.

The issue is the slow security screening, random security luggage checks, liquid size rules, distance need to walk, and long bus transfers between terminals….

LHR is just built inefficiently with inefficient systems in place that ultimately make the connections take so long…

Not the worst out there, but far from
the best.
