I have a question about the stopover policy for CX in HK,

I have bought PEK-HKG-CTS-HKG-PEK in J, and there is a long stopover (7 nights) between CTS-HKG & HKG-PEK, however when I look into the fare rule, it says that "UNLIMITED STOPOVERS PERMITTED IN EACH DIRECTION AT CNY 520 EACH EXCEPT IN HKG. CHILD/INFANT DISCOUNTS APPLY."

My question is, can I get my luggage after CTS-HKG leg?
