A world over as in many places across the world. From top of my head ZRH, or any airport in the Nordics, and you don’t. Even Atatürk didn’t require rescreening.
I don’t know if it’s sour grapes or some strange form of patriotism, but I find this desperate defence of LHR exceedingly strange (I also see it when TfL is criticised). Is it the worst in the world? No. Is it the best? Absolutely not. Can it improve? Absolutely yes, considering the staggering usage costs HAL charges (world’s most expensive airport!).
