PY food allergy: special meal or regular?

Flying PY YVR-HND in a few weeks. So I have a shellfish allergy and will be carrying my epipen. As per the menu here https://www.ana.co.jp/int/inflight/g...y_202409_m.pdf, it seems the choices are either Minced Pork Sauce over rice, or Beef Keema? (btw, exact same meal served in Y, and both do not look appealing for an 11h flight).

Q: do these choices warrant a move to a 'special meal' and if so, for someone with a shellfish allergy, which would you recommend?

Note on the return the choices are Fried Rockfish Teriyaki vs Tomato Penne Gratin with Eggplant and Broccoli (I think the latter would be safer).
