Checked in the other day. Proactively offered Government ID. They asked purpose for my stay... which I said was part vacation, part business. No further follow up and no ask for papers.
Combined with Globalist status (so no resort fee) and the new Amex offer for $150 off $700 at Hawaii Hyatts (wife and I both had the offer)... total for the room only with taxes and fees was $308.37/night.

Not to mention I applied a SUA for a standard suite.

Win!
Sounds like you booked a government rate without being on travel orders and got away with it.

Given the risks you took (misuse/misrepresentation of Federal employment and misuse/misrepresentation of Hyatt booking rate), I’m not sure I’d characterize that as a “Win!.”
