Globalist breakfast benefit when we were there in August was either buffet or menu. We tried each option on two different mornings. Also the buffet I think opens at 6 but you could order sit down and order from the menu at 5 am. Don't remember exact times but the buffet opened an hour later from when the cafe opened for breakfast.
