I’m having the same fhr issue across all of my devices and browsers, as well as for P1 and P2’s account. They told me I had to call to make the booking, which I did, but they booked as not prepaid so I can’t use the credit, making the process a waste of time. It was also a higher price than booking online. Extremely frustrating and really unlike Amex to let this go on, it’s been a month.
