I just did an award ticket change from DFW to LAX via chat.
They will charge you 50 EUR per passenger + any differences in taxes and fees on your original booking and new booking.
It's pretty seamless. Took maybe 15 minutes after getting connected.
This is a good data point to have and I'll persevere through to chat with them. I would kind of hope they wouldn't charge me a change fee since, well, they cancelled the flight. However (and I really hate to say this since I love Suomi but not necessarily Finnair), I won't count on anything. That way, I won't be disappointed.
