Can't credit flight due to "technical issues"?

I flew LYR-TOS-OSL (one flight number, so LYR-OSL for XP/mileage purposes) almost two months ago. The flight never posted, although the subsequent OSL-ARN on the same ticket posted correctly and pretty quickly.

I tried the online form to retro credit the missing flight, and it didn't work, because LYR airport didn't exist in the list of airports.

So I reached out to AF via WhatsApp and, after supplying the confirmation, BPs, etc, was told "Upon verification, we are facing some technical issues to credit the missing points for your first leg from LYR - OSL." I presume they hit the same issue that I did, that LYR wasn't in their database and so they couldn't do the credit, but they didn't offer any additional information.

It's now over a month since my WhatsApp chat, and no XP/miles in my account, nor have I heard anything else from them. Has anyone ever encountered this before, and any workarounds to getting this resolved? Or maybe Ben Lipsey could get the website fixed so it can just be retro credited online
