Is it likely that customer service (via chat) will allow me to change my ex-ORD award flights to have an origin in LA or Dallas? Now that AY stops flying to Chicago in August, and I was going to have to position there from California anyway, I would rather fly out of a much closer airport. If they aren't likely to do an origin change, then I should probably just cancel and rebook by myself, right? What do you all think?
