Would I incur late fees in this scenario?

Trying to understand the 24 hour rental policy, grace period, and if the situation if I'm in requires rebooking.

Placed a rental car reservation with Avis for roundtrip from San Juan airport - pick up time 9:30 AM February 8, return time 3:00 pm February 15. So I guess technically an 8 day rental since I'm returning at a later time than picking up. I scheduled this based off my flight times. JetBlue just canceled my 5:00 pm return flight and rebooked me on a 10:00 pm. That would ideally have me returning the rental car at 8:00 pm — five hours after what I've originally booked. Doing a reprice now on the same vehicle would be substantially more expensive, however is it necessary since I'm already into 8 days anyway? Would I technically have until 9:30 AM on Feb 16 to return the car without incurring any penalties? What do I need to do here or am I ok leaving the reservation as-is and returning the car at 8o pm on the 15th?
