Earlier today I had almost 15k additional SQM on the status tracker that I could not account for. Web and app showed the same unexpected value. No corresponding entry(ies) under Activity. Went away on its own after a few hours, reverting to the expected numbers.

During that time, web was also showing me select benefits as being available to re-select.
