Suite size good for the price paid in points… but where do I begin with the issues.
Brought us to wrong room on check in, multiple housekeeping failures, three mice spottings in the bar/restaurant for drinks at about 8:30pm, blood and bodily fluids on the blanket in the closet, etc.
Room was fine and spacious which is why I picked it, but the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
Also I’m annoyed by the destination fee because I had $100s of room charges but the ability to apply the fee was never explained to me and not proactively applied.
I’ve emailed the manager I spoke with at checkout three times and haven’t heard a peep and it’s been a while now.
Clearly a hotel that is run by folks that don’t care. Stay away unless you lower your expectations. Only real bright spot was the bellman, Chris. He was great.
I had a major issue here over the summer. Spoke to the manager at length, and she promised me some things and then never followed through.
It's bad.
