Hi, there is an involuntary flight change on our itinerary for tomorrow, will now arrive FCO by AC Business Class (Air France ticket), have 4 hours layover in connecting ITA flight to PMO, business class.

Upon arrival, are we allowed to both the Hangar lounge as well as the Piazza di Spagna lounge?

I understand that we have to recheck our luggage after arrival, so I am not sure which lounge should we skip at all based on this logistics (or we are not eligible to use at all).
