Presumably you've found availability LHR-GIG and then GIG-EZE a couple of days later when searching separately for each leg? If so, call BA and feed the agent the dates/flights/cities you want, and then if it prices OK (and it should), then have them waive the offline booking fee as BA.com wasn't offering the stopover.
