No one can tell what caused the food poisoning, without testing the food. Statements such as "I truly believe it was the chicken" have no actionable content.

Still...my SO had severe vomiting and diarrhea starting about 12 hours after an Etihad flight earlier this year. We have no proof of what caused it.
