We use AmEx as our booking agent and Concur as our travel expense partner. When I cancel or modify a trip booked through the AmEx business account and a credit is generated, it shows up in my "wallet" as a eTicket from a business trip:


I have similar eTickets from personal travel that don't have the "BUSINESS" flag.

Just my situation, not sure if that helps.
