I recently stayed here again. A few notes below:

The instant coffee has improved to a Copper Cow brand pour over coffee. I have previously been a fan of this stuff and believe this is an improvement.They make some really nice instant coffees.

I stayed in two different rooms. The HVAC system in one of them was SUPER loud and inconsistent. Reported this to the team. This was on a Stewart Street room, which has remarkably less street noise than 1st street. Also, it has much smaller windows.

Endless text messages from the hotel are no longer. I only got one, which was a new type of text message, referrenced below.

Housekeeping issues still persist.
  • Room service trays left in room in the morning are overlooked by housekeeping and still there in the evenings upon return to the room.
  • Text message from the Housekeeping Manager in the middle of the day that our DND sign was up and to confirm if I wanted service. Responded to acknowledge, but no service was provided upon returning at the end of the day.
The staff were AMAZING this time. They seemed friendlier, more helpful and went above and beyond in many ways.
