Any thoughts on whether row 17 is better or worse than a row further back?
Actually, the 3-class 787s do not have a real bulkhead in Row 17. Instead there is a thin panel which separates the last row of Premium Comfort from the first row of Economy, and this panel does not reach the floor, leaving available the space under the seat in front for floor storage. LOTS of legroom, much more than the rest of Economy Comfort. Note that the floor space in front of 17C and 17H is a bit narrower.Yes, both the IFE screen and tray table are stored in your seat, reducing the width slightly.
