Prior to this year, my AMEX GBT booking changes would show as ecredits in my account. I changed a first class flight to an earlier flight in coach once and had like a $700 credit I was afraid to use and violate some company policy or something. This year however, even when I change and it says 'returned as ecredit' it never shows in my account. I've also had issues with same day changes saying it's not allowed per my booking rules or something. I assume it's all going back to our AMEX GBT account.
