They're in Europe, too. The service I've encountered in Europe is called Take It Personally. Take It Personally allows a guest to look through a list of staff members, and they provide in-room QR codes that pre-select the member of staff responsible for a specific service (e.g: the QR code in each room is for whichever housekeeper is assigned to that room).
