- Treats they like and any allergies or restrictions they have with regard to treats
- Neck measurement (for collars)
- Any other information you wish to share that is interesting.
- If you and your pet(s) live in the US, if you will ship outside of the US.
Suggested value around $25/pet, not including shipping. I'll send assignments by November 20, please ship presents by December 10.
