I would suggest giving the OP the benefit of the doubt here, they presumably didn't know much about this area and they clearly didn't read the T&Cs. They are now reaching out to FT for friendly advice, typically they will reach out to other places too such as Reddit so yes we may not hear much more, but at least lurking participants will be better informed for the future. It's all good.
