I just got back from Mozambique.. LAM (TM) is definitely a 1* sh*t show.
I originally booked MPM-INH, INH-JNB on LAM. LAM currently do not have enough aircraft to operate the INH-JNB route, and all flights were rebooked on INH-MPM-JNB (with only 1hr connection in MPM).
LAM has been so unreliable and routinely left luggage behind. My MPM-INH flight was late for 3 hrs without explanation (the dash 8 came from somewhere late).
For peace of mind, I ended up forfeiting my INH-MPM-JNB ticket. I hired a car through my dive shop driving 4 hours north to VNX and bought a separate ticket to VNX-JNB on 4Z.
