They'll likely clear down to at least J2 or J3 before boarding even starts. And should clear the cabin full before boarding starts but that's iffy based on the GA.

Up graded at the gate as expected. I guess they really want to see if they can sell those last few F seats right down to the wire. It is a 777-222 (ER) with lie flats which is not typical on this flight so it is a better F cabin than the usual 737 they run.
