Delta have a lots of NEGATIVE feedback about having remove the lounge entry to Y (PE still have access), I know personally a lounge "manager", and he told me this was the biggest source of complain from Delta FF (and from my understanding, Delta have begin to lose lots of FF to other airline).
100% agree; what's the point of a "loyalty program" then? Just purchase J whenever one can afford it. A program should inspire some kind of affinity for flying (and spending) with a particular airline or group; otherwise we would all have become free agents already
