2G has 2 showers that can quickly fill up in the morning. You should definitely put your name on the list (at the lounge entrance desk) as soon as you arrive. When I was last there in April, I was #4 on the list when I arrived but never got a shower, even after one hour of waiting. (I was #2 on the list when I had to leave for my flight.)
