Well I may have made a dumb mistake…
Flying from New York to Tucson next week. Was originally scheduled to connect through PHX, however I got a little bored and looked for a more exciting option. Ended up switching to JFK-LAX-TUS for transcon F with a 53min connection. Thought it would be easy enough as the JFK-LAX is usually on time or early (first flight of the day)
Unfortunately I completely forgot about the Eagles Nest, and it looks like that’s where the TUS flight leaves from.
So if my inbound is on time, what are the odds I make this connection?
I wouldn’t mind ponying up for 5star if it means it greatly increases my chances. Thoughts?
Update: you were all right, the connection was a breeze. Inbound arrived 30 min early, and I was at the eagles nest 30 min before boarding began for the TUS flight.
Glad I didn’t do the Fivestar, would’ve been a waste!
