Following the link bolded above on "earning on partner flights booked on alaska" shows that partner marketed and operated flights that are purchased on alaskaair.com will earn per "Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska" chart which is 250% EQM in this case.
The first bolded part says: "For flights marketed and operated by a partner (partner two letter code precedes the flight number), and booked on alaskaair.com, see chart below in Earning on Partner Flights booked via Partner Sites for mapping of fare class to cabin by partner". This would only be 125%
You then go to "Earning on Partner Flights booked via Partner Sites" and it says "Beginning for travel in 2025, flights in the eligible flight ranges and fare classes below that are booked via alaskaair.com or the Alaska app will earn based on the 2025 rates in "Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska". This would be 250%
Who knows?
