Hyatt has started their own low budget lines, but I am guessing that isn't where they want to focus. Wyndham has so many low end properties, I am guessing it would lower the perception of their other brands, something they wont want. The only way I could see it working is keeping them completely separate like Carnival/Princess cruise lines, under the same parent but thats about it
