They do in fact have them - you just have to ask. Just had bracelet keys during our stay a week ago. They are branded with the new GH name, so not left over from the Regency days.
Asked at check-in and they said they did not have them. Could have been uninformed staff? Though, that seems like a big item not to know about. I also did not see a guest wearing one during my two nights stay.
