MXP with 1 stop is around 400e for Dec as well.

There are plenty of options for 1 stop flights. Consider Flight+rail option as well.

For 2 stops you can try KSC (we have xmas markets as well) via MUC/FRA and VIE.
Yes, though WAW-POZ only in Y, so 20 points per leg for within-Poland flights
