Same frustrations as everyone else with Capital One and international travel...account access, but also several times where transactions were declined, even though Capital One does not require international notification.

More importantly, are you stating that you use US AT&T, switch to a SIM/eSIM when traveling outside US, turn on wifi calling and still receive SMS to your US # without the $10/day AT&T charge?
