Unable to amend phone number on-line
Hi,

Having changed my phone, when I am trying to log in to the website it is sending the SMS passcode to the old phone number. The only other option is to use the recovery code which I can't find.

Is it the case that you have to call BA to effect tis change? I'm sure that in the past I have been able to do this on line, but it seems impossible given that I cannot access the passcode from my old number.
