I guess CI is trying to fill as many seats as possible by getting pax to buy early, but I would think many would hold on since it's not even that cheap in comparison to -2019.
EVA's promotion is only cheaper in comparison to itself, SJX has some cheaper (SFO) and some more expensive (LAX).

Newest information in regards to new EVA destination for North America: Out of the three selections (BOS, DFW, IAD), the likely choice as of current is DFW (from CEO Sun).
