The AI phone agents? I do not think they know their ... from their elbow so honestly it would be expecting too much. It's worth a shot if an answer is needed in a short time. Otherwise, an email (after logging into your account and entering several OTPs and declaring your height, weight and BP) might be the better way to go. I wouldn't expect a complete or even related answer to the first written query, but it at least establishes a trail and something than can be referred to.

Whilst other things may have improved, I have found the quality of their customer service folks to be more dire than it was during the last few Bharat sarkar days.
