In The Club this month, there is a method of moving Avios and / or cash to Tier Points via the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiative. Maximum 50 TPs at the moment, and it will cost £500 to do this, so it's not exactly TP run territory, but may help those who are a few TPs short and time even shorter. A number of other airlines, notably the Lufthansa Group, have similar schemes.
