HP more or less same rate, but no p+c.
I stayed on the HP side using cat 1-4 cert. The cash rate for my night was indeed $400+.
This was definitely an above average property for HP. Clean room, breakfast slightly better than an average HP/HH breakfast, and they gave a unique Globalist perk of $20 coupon that could be used towards the lobby bar, pantry or the rooftop bar over on the HH side. This rooftop bar was quite nice with a nice outdoor area and tons of beer selection on tap.
Right on King St which is sort of the main tourist street in Charleston. You can walk to the market in 20-30 minutes. Lots of great dining within walking distance.
